I won't be shopping this week. Things are really tight. We were running out some basics like milk and bread, and my dh doesn't get paid until next Friday. Sooooo, what to do?
Well, I used my ECB and RR. I won't "save" as much next time I do my shopping there, but I was able to get some basics for little to nothing.
At Walgreens, I purchased $7.07 worth of basics for only $0.07. That's a savings of 99%.
At CVS, I purchased $8.07 for $1.07 (what's with all the 7's?). Anyway, that's a savings of 87%.
It was a blessing to have "the cash" to use when in a pinch!
